The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall, making it easy to shop and explore. Guests can enjoy clean and tidy rooms with nice design features like phones in the bathrooms. the hotel staff is helpful and friendly, always wearing a smile.
The bar at the hotel is poorly stocked and slow to serve.

Location was perfect, right next to a big shopping mall and close to local restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their face. the room was super clean and tidy, definitely one of the best I've seen. Loved the phone setting in the bathroom, such a nice design feature. And the best part? Free Wifi and a great breakfast selection!
The bar, which was poorly stocked and slow to serve. there are plenty of places outside the hotel that offer cheaper and better options.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The free wifi provided in the room had a fast connection, which was great for staying connected during my xmas vacation. the breakfast offered a good variety of both Western and Chinese food, which was a nice way to start the day.
It was quite far from the main attractions and activities in the city, which made it inconvenient for exploring Suzhou. the service at the hotel was not up to par.
